Job Description

• Calculate the estimate based on the tender BOQ and specifications.
• Source material pricing from suppliers.
• Check material requisition forms received from the site / Ordering materials
• Prepare a procurement plan that properly coordinates with suppliers in accordance with contact specifications and lead times.
• Control the materials by performing daily checks against the budgeted quantities throughout the construction period.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting project materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• A degree from AGTI,Tech, or B.E (EP,EC, MC)
• Over 2 years experiences in the relevant field of specialization.
• Using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), E Mail.
• Available to work and visit the Construction site of Office hours when Necessary.
• Salary will be negotiated based on experience, qualifications, and hard work.

Skills

• Knowledge of materials, methods, machinery and tools involved in the building MEP Work. Estimating for building MEP Work. MEP knowledge. Basic Fire Safety and construction safety.

Others

• Must be at least 25 years.
• Must be willing to work at the Head Office . (8 mile)
