Job Description

• Cost Control & Planning: Review drawings, schedules, and specifications in advance to ensure proper execution and cost efficiency.
• Labour & Resource Planning: Plan daily labour requirements, arrange skilled workers in advance, and monitor labour usage to control manpower costs.
• Material Cost Control: Calculate material quantities accurately and prepare material requisitions to avoid shortages, wastage, or over-ordering.
• Equipment & Tool Control: Inspect and manage tools and machinery to ensure proper use, prevent damage, and reduce maintenance costs.
• Construction Cost Monitoring: Supervise works to minimize material loss, idel time, and rework that may impact project costs.
• Contractor Cost Control: Assist in preparing and verifying contractor payment calculations based on actual work progress.
• Budget & Expense Awareness: Monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out within approved budgets and project cost limits.
• Reporting & Documentation: Record labour usage, material consumption, and cost-related data accurately and submit reports on time.

Requirements

• AGTI /B Tech / BE
• Microsoft Excel (Estimate & Schedule)
• Auto CAD 2D (Intermediate Level)
• Email & Internet
• A minimum working experience 3 years

Skills

• Good Knowledge of construction materials, methods, machinery, and tools usage.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical details accurately.
• General knowledge of construction safety rules, regulations, and site safety practices.
• Basic knowledge of construction QA/QC procedures, and quality standards.
• Good Communication skills

• 23 years and above
• Must be willing to work at the Thilawa Project
