Business Development Executive Female (1) Post

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships. This role requires a strategic approach to market research, strong collaboration with technical teams.

 Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical and commercial research to identify potential clients and their upcoming tender opportunities.
  • Initiate contact through calls and emails to build rapport, set up meetings, and generate new leads by attending industry meetings, events, or conferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering and Project Management Teams on tender submissions.
  • Participate in the startup of new projects and provide assistance with client relations.
  • Maintain strong, positive, and long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and professional engagements.

Requirements

  • Tech (Civil) / B.E (Civil)
  • Certificate in Estimation/ Quantity Surveying, Certificate in Strategic Networking and Client Acquisition or Similar
  • At least 2 years of experience; previous experience in construction contracts and business development is an added advantage.
  • Added Advantage: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred to facilitate communication with potential Chinese clients and to identify business opportunities within the Chinese market.

Skills

  • Good Communicable English (4 skills)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Skilled in printing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Good knowledge of estimating and tendering procedures; proven skills in networking and client relationship management.

Other

  • Must be at least 24~35 years old.
